Does Avana include reporting?
Yes. The reporting section shows revenue by day, week or month, busiest time slots, most-booked services and top clients by visit frequency. Available on Pro and Team plans.
Can I manage multiple locations?
Yes, on the Team plan (£69/mo) — 3 locations included, each extra location at +£19/mo. One dashboard, central reporting per location, no separate per-location subscription.
Can I track inventory and product sales?
Avana Shop lets you sell retail products through your booking page (Pro and Team plans). Inventory, prices and orders are managed from the same dashboard. Payments go through the same online checkout.
Does Avana integrate with accounting software?
CSV exports of all transactions, payouts and invoices for upload into Xero, QuickBooks or any other accounting tool. Direct integrations are in development.
What do I pay per transaction?
Card payments run at Stripe's standard processing rate: 1.5% + £0.20 in the UK. Avana adds nothing on top. On a £55 payment you receive £53.97. You can see the exact breakdown for every transaction in your dashboard.
What is the booking fee?
When a client books online, a small £1.49 fee applies — the same way a booking fee works on any reservation platform. It's shown to the client at the time of booking and is non-refundable if the client cancels. It does not come out of your service revenue.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan includes a 7-day free trial, no credit card required. You can set up your booking page, add your services and test the full calendar before deciding.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans, no contract, cancel from your dashboard.
