Yes. Per service you set the duration: French manicure 30 min, acrylics 90 min, gel pedicure 60 min, BIAB 75 min, nail art +30 min add-on. Clients only see slots that fit their chosen service.
Can clients upload reference photos for nail art?
Yes. Per service you can enable an intake form with photo upload. Clients attach their Pinterest pics or screenshot, you see it in their booking — no 10 minutes of design discussion at the start of the appointment.
Does Avana support multiple stations or technicians?
Yes. Add a calendar per technician or per station. Clients pick who they want to book with, or take the first available. Up to 3 technicians on Pro at £39/mo, each extra technician +£4.95/month.
Can I send infill reminders automatically?
Yes, on the Team plan (£69/mo). Set automatic reminders 3-4 weeks after the last gel or acrylic appointment with a direct link to book again. Nail salons typically see +20-30% rebooking rate from this.
Can I take deposits for long sessions like full sets?
Yes. Per service you set a deposit amount, e.g. £15 for a full set of acrylics. The client pays it at booking. You keep it on no-show.
What do I pay per transaction?
Card payments run at Stripe's standard processing rate: 1.5% + £0.20 in the UK. Avana adds nothing on top. On a £55 payment you receive £53.97. You can see the exact breakdown for every transaction in your dashboard.
What is the booking fee?
When a client books online, a small £1.49 fee applies — the same way a booking fee works on any reservation platform. It's shown to the client at the time of booking and is non-refundable if the client cancels. It does not come out of your service revenue.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan includes a 7-day free trial, no credit card required. You can set up your booking page, add your services and test the full calendar before deciding.
Can I cancel anytime?
