Avana lets your salon sell products, from cuticle oil to shampoo, on the same booking page where clients already book, with no separate online shop. Product sales come with Business Plus, and clients add products while booking or order from home.

Products on a shelf only sell when someone remembers to mention them. Avana puts them in front of clients while they book.
"Which oil do you use?" Now the answer is on your page and they can order it straight away.
Clients order from the sofa in the evening. You pack it the next morning or put it aside for their appointment.
Products, orders and invoices sit next to your calendar, with the right tax on every line.
You add a product with a name, price and photo in Avana, and choose whether it's collected at your salon, delivered to the client's door or sent digitally by email.
Name, price and a photo, and it's on your page. Your own labels show what's new, on offer or nearly gone.
Collected after the appointment, posted to their home, or sent by email. If you post, you choose which countries and what it costs.
Every order is in your overview with the address. Mark it as sent and the client gets an email with the tracking code.
A product sells most easily when the client is already busy with you.
While booking, the cuticle oil that goes with the treatment sits right beside it. The client collects it or has it posted.
Whatever you sell at an appointment or on your page comes off your stock. When a product hits your minimum, you get one push notification. Product sales and stock come with Business Plus.
Products bought with an appointment appear on that appointment in the client record. When the oil is nearly finished, you know before they do.
Avana's product sales come with Business Plus, and you set all of this up yourself.

With Avana you sell through your own booking page, with no separate webshop. Add a name, price and photo in Avana and your products appear next to your services. Clients order them while booking or on their own, and you choose per product whether they're collected after the appointment, posted or sent by email. Product sales come with Avana Business Plus.
No. With Avana your products sit on the same page where clients already book, and orders, payments and invoices run through the same system as your calendar. There's no second website, payment setup or bookkeeping to maintain.
Yes. You choose per product whether to post it, which countries you send to and what postage costs. You can also set an amount above which delivery is free. When you mark an order as sent, the client gets an email with the tracking code.
Yes. In Avana, set a product to digital by email and there's no address or postage involved. If you attach a fixed file, clients get it in their inbox automatically after ordering; if it's made for each client, like a tailored plan, you send it yourself from your orders.
No. With online payments clients pay straight away, and as with an online booking a small service fee is included in the price they see. Without them, clients get an invoice by email, you mark the order as paid when the money arrives and then send it. See payments.
Yes. While booking in Avana, your products sit next to your services and clients add them. If they collect it, it's paid with the appointment; if they want it posted, there's one extra step for the address, and every amount shows where and when it's paid.
You refund it from your orders in Avana. For online sales clients generally have fourteen days to change their mind, with exceptions for opened care products and items made for one client. If you cancel an order before it's sent, the product and postage are refunded.
Yes, Avana keeps a stock count. Enter how many of each product you have and Avana counts from there. A product sold at an appointment comes off once it's paid or handed over, an online order does too, and deliveries go back on. Set a minimum and you get one push notification when a product is nearly gone, and at zero it shows as sold out so nobody can order it.
Product sales come with Avana Business Plus, which costs £28.99 a month. The comparison on the pricing page shows what else that plan includes.
When a client pays online, a small service fee is part of the price they see from the very first screen: 3% of the booking, at least £1.49 and at most £2.29. You pay nothing on your takings, because Avana charges no commission. That small amount from the client is what lets us pay you out in full, so the whole treatment price stays with you.

Avana lets a salon sell products online without a separate webshop. You add a name, price and photo, with variants and your own labels if you like, and the products appear on the same booking page where clients already book. For each product you choose whether clients collect it after the appointment, get it posted or receive it digitally by email; for posting you set the countries and postage yourself. Clients pay online or get an invoice by email, and the product appears on the same invoice as the service with the right tax. Product sales come with Avana Business Plus: £28.99 a month, which is £0.95 a day.
Most salons have oils, creams or styling products on the shelf and sell less of them than they could. It gets forgotten at the desk, or the client only realises at home that the oil has run out. Selling salon products online fixes both: the product is on your page when the client books, and through the link in your Instagram bio it can be ordered between appointments too.
A webshop of your own is more than most salons need: a second website, separate payments, delivery rules and bookkeeping that doesn't talk to your calendar. With Avana your products sit on your booking page next to your services, and orders, payments and invoices run through the same system.
If you sell something that won't fit in a box, like a home-care plan or an e-book, set it to digital by email and you earn from what you know as well as from what's in a bottle. To go further, the Avana Academy lets you sell a whole online course. Product sales and gift cards both come with Business Plus, as listed on the pricing page.
It means selling the care products you use and recommend to your clients, either with their appointment or separately through your page. It suits any salon with something on the shelf: a hairdresser with shampoo, masks and styling, a nail tech with cuticle oil and hand cream, a beauty therapist with the cream that goes with a facial, a barber with beard oil or wax. If you work alone you often forget to mention it at the desk, and then the client buys it somewhere else later.
In Avana your products sit on your booking page beside your services. Clients add a product while booking, or order it on its own and have it posted or emailed. Orders, payments, stock and invoices all run through the same system as your calendar.
Open the shop in your dashboard, add a product and enter a name and price. That's all that's required; photos, a description, a category and variants such as 50 ml and 100 ml can come now or later. If you track stock, a product at zero automatically shows as sold out. Then switch it to for sale on your page; until then it's a draft only you can see.
In the shop settings you choose how clients get their products: collected at the appointment, posted, digital by email, or a choice between collecting and posting. You can set it differently per product, and for a temporary offer you can add a sale price, with start and end dates if you like, so clients see the normal price crossed out.
Product sales come with Avana Business Plus at £28.99 a month, and Avana takes no commission on what you sell. There's no second subscription or webshop on top. To let clients pay online, online payments need to be on; without them, clients get an invoice by email.
If clients pay for products together with an appointment online, only the appointment's service fee applies, with nothing extra for the products. A separate online order carries a service fee just like an online booking, shown in the price from the start. Paying at the salon or by invoice adds nothing.
Show the product when the client is already thinking about you. Switch on upselling for a product and clients see it as an extra while paying. Link products that belong together, like a shampoo and its matching mask, so they're suggested side by side. Your own labels, such as New or Last few, make a product stand out.
A nail studio adds cuticle oil as an upsell on every gel overlay, so clients add it while booking and it's waiting at the appointment. A hair salon sells colour-safe shampoo after a colour. A beauty salon sells a home-care plan as a digital product that arrives by email after payment. Set a minimum on your best sellers and you'll get one push notification before they run out.
