Avana runs several salon locations from one account, with one booking page, one client list and one calendar. Multiple locations come with Business Plus, and clients choose a location first and then only see its services and times.

A second salon shouldn't need a second system. Avana keeps both locations in one overview.
There's one booking page. Clients choose the location first and then only see what's possible there.
If you split your time between both salons, nobody can book you at the other one at the same time.
One client list for all your locations. If someone visits the other salon once, their client card is simply there.
In Avana your existing salon stays your main location. You add another next to it and choose what's different there.
Add a location in your settings. Bring your services across from your main location with a few ticks.
For each service, tick which locations it can be booked at. If you charge more in the town centre than in the suburbs, enter a price per location.
With more than one location, clients choose the place first on your booking page. After that, only that location's services, people and times are shown.
At the top of your calendar, choose a location or all locations. Every appointment shows where it is.
In Avana you only set what genuinely differs per location; everything else is set once for all of them.
Three parts that come along automatically when you work in more than one place.
Put yourself on both locations and nobody can book you at the other one at the same time.
All your invoices are in one overview with takings per location alongside. Your accountant gets one file.
Clients choose the location at the top and then only see that place's services and times.

Multiple locations come with Business Plus and Business Max, with no fee per location and no maximum. You do pay for the people on your team: Business Plus has room for you and one colleague, Business Max for you and two. You'll find all the prices on the pricing page.
No, Avana gives all your locations one booking page with one link. With more than one location, clients choose where first and then only see that place's services, people and times, so one link in your bio covers every salon. More on the booking page.
No, in Avana all locations follow the same opening hours. What differs per location you handle through who works where: for each colleague you set their working days and locations. More under availability.
Yes. On each service in Avana, tick which locations it's bookable at and enter a price per location if you like; left empty, the same price applies everywhere. For services with options, each location uses the option's price.
Yes. In Avana you choose which locations each colleague works at, and Avana makes sure nobody is booked in two places at the same time. More on multiple staff.
No, and that's usually what you want. Avana keeps one client list for all your locations, so if a regular visits your other salon once, their notes and past appointments are right there.
Nothing changes for your existing salon. Your existing salon becomes your main location and keeps working as it does now, with the new location added next to it. A location with future appointments can only be removed once those appointments have been moved or cancelled.
When a client pays online, a small service fee is part of the price they see from the very first screen: 3% of the booking, at least £1.49 and at most £2.29. You pay nothing on your takings, because Avana charges no commission. That small amount from the client is what lets us pay you out in full, so the whole treatment price stays with you.

Avana is a booking system that runs several salon locations from one account. You add a location with a name and address, and choose per location which services can be booked, with a price of its own if you like, and who works there. Clients choose the location first on one booking page and then only see that place's services and times. Anyone working at two locations can't be booked at both at the same time. You get one calendar with a filter per location, one client list and takings per location in your invoice overview. Multiple locations are part of Avana Business Plus, with no fee per location: £28.99 a month, which is £0.95 a day.
When you open a second salon, you don't want a second account, a second link and a second client list. A booking system for multiple locations keeps everything together and only lets genuinely different things differ per place. In Avana you add a location in your settings; your existing salon stays your main location, and your services come across with a few ticks.
Per location you choose which services can be booked and at what price, and per colleague where they work. If you split your own time between both salons, nobody can book you at the other one at the same time. On your booking page clients choose the location first, and in your calendar you see one location or all of them.
Multiple locations come with Business Plus and Business Max, with no fee per location. In Business Max you also get treatment rooms per location and your booking page on your own domain. Your invoices sit in one overview with takings per location. Plan prices are listed on the pricing page.
Three things: which services you'll offer at the new place, who works there, and how clients pick the right salon. Start with services, because you often don't do everything at the second location; a hair salon opening a small suburban shop might keep long colour appointments in the centre. Only switch on what's genuinely possible there, and decide whether the price stays the same.
Then your team: who works where, and who moves between them? In Avana you set that per person, and anyone working in both places can't be double-booked. Finally, your clients: don't put two links in your bio, put one. On your booking page clients choose the location first, with the address shown, and you can tell your regulars about the new salon with a campaign in Business Max.
Put that person on both locations in one system rather than in two separate calendars. Two separate calendars don't know about each other, so a client can book you at ten in the centre while you're at ten in the suburbs, and you only find out when you're waiting at the wrong place.
In Avana you choose which locations each colleague works at. If someone is already booked at one location, that time is closed for online booking at the other, and that applies to you too. Allow for travel time: if you move between salons at lunchtime, block that time in your calendar so nobody books you at the other place at a quarter past twelve. See also availability.
In Avana, multiple locations come with Business Plus and Business Max, with no fee per location and no maximum. Business Plus is £28.99 a month and Business Max £55.99 a month, VAT included. What you do pay for is room for the people on your team: Business Plus has room for you and one colleague, Business Max for you and two, and you can add extra seats on top.
Avana takes no commission at any location: what clients pay for a service stays with you. For a business with two salons and three people, Business Max is often the logical choice, because it also includes treatment rooms and campaigns. Every price is on the pricing page.
