Can clients reply to the reminder email?

Yes. Replies go to your support email so you can answer questions about the booking directly.

Are reminder emails included in every plan?

Yes, on Solo, Pro and Team. Branded reminder emails (your logo and colours) are included on Team.

Can I customise the email text?

Yes. Edit the subject and body per language. On Team you can also drop in a custom header image.

Will the email work in multiple languages?

Yes. Each client gets the reminder in the language they used at booking — English by default, with translations for major locales.

Can I attach a map or directions?

Yes. Your salon address with a Google Maps link is automatically included in every confirmation.

What if a client doesn't have an email address?

Then SMS reminders cover that client — set their preferred channel to SMS only in their profile.

Can I include my cancellation policy?
