Avana connects with Google Calendar, Stripe card payments, your Instagram DMs and your own website, so nothing gets filled in twice. The calendar connection, payments and booking widget are in every paid Avana plan.

Every tool that doesn't talk to your booking system means copying something by hand. Avana's integrations take those jobs away.
Put the dentist in your Google Calendar and that time is closed in Avana. You never enter it in two places.
Clients pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Avana takes no commission, so the whole amount is yours.
Coming from another system? Bring your clients across with an Excel or CSV file instead of typing them in.
Each connection is switched on once. After that, Avana does the work.
Each integration is switched on in Avana's settings with one sign-in, or for the widget one line pasted onto your site.
Connect Google Calendar by signing in once. If something private is on, nobody can book you at that time.
Online, clients pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Stripe processes the payment and the money goes to your own bank account.
For your bio, your messages or your own site there's nothing to connect. Paste the same link everywhere, and at your desk it hangs as a QR code.
Each connection takes away one job you'd otherwise do yourself.
Put something private in Google Calendar and that time is closed in Avana straight away. You don't enter it twice.
Your link is in your bio, and with Connect a question in your DMs gets an answer straight away. The client books in the same conversation.

Avana connects to your Google Calendar, and with a calendar link your iPhone, Mac or Outlook calendar too. Online payments run by card, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe. With Avana Connect you connect your Instagram messages, and the booking widget works on any website.
Yes, by signing in to Google once. From then on your private events keep your working hours closed in Avana, so no client books over them, and your Avana appointments appear in a calendar of their own in Google. More on Google Calendar.
Yes, with a calendar link you create in Avana's integration settings and add once to Outlook or your iPhone or Mac calendar. Your appointments then appear there and your calendar app refreshes them on its own, usually within the hour on an iPhone or Mac and a few times a day in Outlook. To have private events close your working hours, connect Google Calendar.
Clients pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, without creating an account. Stripe processes the payment and pays the money into your own bank account, and Avana takes 0% commission. More on payments.
No. In Avana you flip a switch and sign in once to the service you want to connect; for the widget you paste one line onto your site. If you get stuck, contact us and we'll help.
Yes, Avana imports client lists from other systems. Export your clients, appointments, services or products from your current system as Excel or CSV and import them in Avana's settings. Avana works out which column is which, and nobody gets an email during the import. More on the switching page.
The calendar connection, online payments and the booking widget are in every paid plan, starting at £15.99 a month, VAT included. Avana Connect is an add-on at £9.99 a month. See the pricing page.
When a client pays online, a small service fee is part of the price they see from the very first screen: 3% of the booking, at least £1.49 and at most £2.29. You pay nothing on your takings, because Avana charges no commission. That small amount from the client is what lets us pay you out in full, so the whole treatment price stays with you.

Avana connects with what a salon already uses, so nothing is done twice. You connect Google Calendar by signing in once: private events keep your working hours closed and your appointments appear in Google too, and with a calendar link in your iPhone, Mac or Outlook calendar. Clients pay online by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe, with the money paid into your own bank account and no commission. The booking widget adds booking to any website, and with Avana Connect an assistant answers your Instagram messages. For a solo salon, Avana Business costs £15.99 a month, VAT included, which is £0.53 a day.
A new system is only useful if it fits around the rest of your day. That's why Avana's integrations focus on what salons really use: your calendar, your payments, your Instagram and your website. No technical knowledge needed.
You connect Google Calendar by signing in once. From then on, private events block your working hours and your Avana appointments show up in Google. Online payments run through Stripe by card, Apple Pay and Google Pay, including deposits, and the money goes to your own bank account. Your invoices are created after each appointment and can be downloaded for your accountant each month.
Your booking link doesn't need connecting at all: it works in your Instagram bio, in messages, as a QR code at your desk and built into your own site with the booking widget. To have your DMs answered automatically, add Avana Connect. Coming from another system? See the switching page and the pricing page.
Mainly your calendar, your payments and your bookkeeping, because that's where you'd otherwise do things twice. A self-employed hairdresser, nail tech, beauty therapist or barber often has a private calendar on their phone, a bank account the money needs to reach, and someone who asks for the figures every quarter. When those are separate, you retype appointments, chase payments and occasionally miss a private appointment that clashes with a client.
Avana works with Google Calendar and your iPhone, Mac or Outlook calendar, with Stripe for online payments, and with Instagram through Avana Connect. You don't need any technical skills: you flip a switch or sign in once. Your booking link itself works everywhere without connecting anything.
For Google Calendar, open the integration settings and continue with Google. A calendar called Avana appears in Google with all your appointments, updating within a minute. Switch on the option that busy time in Google closes Avana, and nobody can book online while there's something private in your main calendar.
For your iPhone, Mac or Outlook calendar, create your calendar link in the same settings. On an iPhone or Mac you add it and subscribe; in Outlook you subscribe to it from the web. Avana updates that link within ten minutes and your calendar app fetches it at its own pace. A calendar link only shows appointments, though; to have private events close your hours, you need the Google connection.
Switch on online payments in your payment settings. You fill in your details with Stripe, Avana's payment partner, with your business details, bank account and photo ID to hand; as a sole trader you don't need a company number. It takes about five minutes, and while Stripe checks your details, clients keep booking and paying at the salon.
After that, clients pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay while booking. The money goes to your own bank account automatically on working days, and Avana takes 0% commission. The same connection handles deposits and, from Business Plus, gift cards and products, so you don't set anything up separately for each.
Use the export files from your old system, as Excel or CSV. You import them yourself in Avana's settings. Avana reads files with clients, appointments, services or products from any system and works out which column is which. Tips, past product sales, payments and locations don't come across.
Afterwards, check your services, prices and opening hours, make a test booking and only then share your new link. Put it in your Instagram bio, add the booking widget to your site and replace the old code at your desk, and every new booking lands in the same calendar.
