Discount codes are useful for three things: opening-week offers (£10 off any service for the first 30 clients), loyal-client rewards (regulars get a code valid for 6 months), and seasonal campaigns (Black Friday, summer special). Each has different rules; Avana lets you set them per code.
Per code you control: the discount amount or percentage, which services it applies to, a start and end date, total uses and per-client uses. A code can be a single-use first-visit voucher, an unlimited 10%-off code for clients who follow your Instagram, or anything in between.
