Can I manage multiple locations?
Yes, on the Team plan ($79/mo) — 3 locations included, each extra location at +$25/mo. One dashboard, central reporting per location, no separate per-location subscription.
Can I track inventory and product sales?
Avana Shop lets you sell retail products through your booking page (Pro and Team plans). Inventory, prices and orders are managed from the same dashboard. Payments go through the same online checkout.
Does Avana integrate with accounting software?
CSV exports of all transactions, payouts and invoices for upload into QuickBooks, Xero or any other accounting tool. Direct integrations are in development.
What is Stripe and why does Avana use it?
Stripe is a global payment processor used by Shopify, Amazon, Lyft and millions of businesses to take card payments. Avana plugs into Stripe so your clients can pay by card on your booking page — money lands in your bank account directly from Stripe, not via Avana. We pass Stripe's rate through 1:1 with 0% added.

What is the booking fee?
When a client books online, a small $1.99 fee applies — the same way a booking fee works on any reservation platform. It's shown to the client at the time of booking and is non-refundable if the client cancels. It does not come out of your service revenue.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan includes a 7-day free trial, no credit card required. You can set up your booking page, add your services and test the full calendar before deciding.
Can I cancel anytime?
