Avana Studio is booking software for yoga studios in the US. It puts every style, teacher and workshop on one schedule that members book with a class pack, a membership or a drop-in. Studio costs $22.99 a month, Studio Plus $45.99 and Studio Max $80.99, all tax included, with 0% commission, no setup fee and a 7-day free trial.
A workshop goes on a date with its own price and number of places. On Studio Max, a course of a few weeks is booked and paid for by a set group in one go.
If you also stream a class, whoever joins from home receives the link automatically. Members book that class with their usual pack or membership.
Your own products go in your studio's shop. A member orders online and takes the order home after class.
When someone asks Google or ChatGPT about yoga nearby, your studio can come up, with your styles, teachers and prices alongside.
One look tells you who's coming today and what has come in. Members book, cancel and buy a new pack on their own phone, and your schedule is always up to date.

Avana puts every style your yoga studio teaches on one schedule, which matters because a yoga studio rarely has just one kind of class. Vinyasa on Monday evening, hatha on Wednesday, yin or nidra on the weekend, and often a few teachers who each have their own style and their own regulars. Yoga booking software has to fit all of that into one clear view, for you and for your members.
A member wants to know at a glance which class is on, who teaches it, how long it lasts and whether it suits their level. In Avana all of that sits with each class. You give a class a name, a description, a length, a level and a teacher, and every class gets its own page where a newcomer can read more. A workshop or an extra class goes on any date between the regular ones.
What someone should bring, their own mat, a blanket or a block, you add to the class. It then appears in the reminder that goes out the day before.
Yoga members roughly come in two kinds. Some come three times a week and want an unlimited membership. Others come when life allows and want a pack that stays valid for a long time. Good yoga booking software handles both. In Avana you set how long each pack is valid, from a week to two years, and an unlimited membership takes nothing off a pack at booking.
If you work with several teachers, look at what that costs per month. Studio Plus includes up to three teachers and Studio Max as many as you like. On Studio and Studio Plus an extra teacher is a fixed monthly amount. Every teacher gets a profile, so members can choose by teacher as well.
Compare on three points. Does the system keep part of your class price? Can you cancel monthly? And do members have to download an app? Avana charges no commission, you're not tied in, and members book their browser with a sign-in code by email. The cost of each plan is listed above. Coming from another system, we help you switch for free: anyone with classes left gets a pack with that number in Avana and simply carries on booking.
Teach Pilates too, on the mat or on machines? See what Avana does for a Pilates studio or a reformer studio. Everything side by side is under studio software.
Beyond the weekly classes, nearly every yoga studio runs workshops: an afternoon of yin and meditation, an introduction to breathwork, a class with live music. In Avana such a workshop is a one-off class on a date of your choice, with its own price and number of places, shown in your schedule among the regular classes.
A course of a few weeks, such as pregnancy yoga or a beginners' course, sells as one whole with Studio Max. A set group books and pays for every session at once, and each session appears in the schedule with the same group. Want to tell all your members about a new workshop in one go? On Studio Max you send an email to everyone in your studio's own style.
Yoga does the most good when people keep coming. On every plan Avana sends a nudge when a pack is nearly used up. Studio Plus adds a warm welcome after the first class and an invitation for anyone who hasn't been in for a few weeks.
With refer-a-friend, members bring someone along with their own link. The friend gets a discount on their first purchase and your member gets classes added to their credit, so new people find your studio through someone who already loves it.
Plenty of yoga studios also take bookings through a fitness platform. On Studio Plus you keep a few spots per class aside for ClassPass or Wellhub. Avana doesn't connect to those platforms automatically, so you add their bookings yourself or import the platform's CSV export; after that they count towards the class next to your own members. You decide how many spots go to a platform. More on platform spots.
Switching is less work than it looks. You export your members as CSV or Excel, Avana recognizes the columns and adds each member with the classes still left on their pack. We help you set up your schedule and packs properly, free of charge. Moving from Mindbody? Read about switching from Mindbody.
You teach yoga to help people breathe, and paperwork has no place in that. Avana takes the admin over: members book and cancel themselves, the waitlist fills a free mat, payments and invoices take care of themselves, and your phone shows who is coming today. When a member comes for the first time, you see at the class what you need to know, so you can adapt your teaching.
Good yoga studio software puts all your styles and teachers on one schedule, lets members book with a pack or membership and fills a full class from a waitlist. Avana does this from $22.99 a month, tax included, with no commission, your own studio page and an app for you and your members.
Members reserve a class on your studio page or in the app, by style, time or teacher, using a pack, membership or single class. They sign in with a code sent by email, and a first-time guest can book a single class or trial class without an account.
Yes. A workshop is a one-off class on any date with its own price and capacity. A multi-week course, such as pregnancy yoga, sells as one whole on Studio Max, booked and paid for by a set group in one go.
