How do I keep track of members and their credit in Avana?
All your members sit in one list with their credit, membership, number of classes and last visit. For each member you see upcoming and past classes and what's left on their pack, and Avana updates it with every booking and cancellation.
Can I add a member or give a class pack myself?
Yes, you can add members yourself and give them a pack by hand, for example when someone paid at the studio or is switching from another system. Pick one of your packs, or enter the number of classes and how long it's valid.
Can I export my member list to Excel?
Yes, you can download your member list as an Excel file, with credit and membership details. Each month's purchases come as a separate file, which is useful for your accountant. That works on every plan, and your data stays yours.
What can members do in their own account?
Members book classes, cancel, check their credit and membership and buy a new pack. They keep their own name and phone number up to date. It works in the browser, and in the Avana app for anyone who has it.
Can I see which members often don't turn up?
Yes. When you tick off who attended a class, each member's card shows how often they missed one in the last three months, so you know who to have a word with. Check-in is part of Studio Plus and Studio Max.
How does Avana handle my members' data?
Avana stores your members' data under the GDPR, on servers in the EU. Members only see their own details, and you only see your own members. Your data stays yours, and you can export it at any time.
