Booking on your own web address
Clients book under your name from start to finish. It reads more calmly and feels like your salon.
Avana's booking widget adds online booking to the website you already have with one line of code, so clients pick a service and a time without leaving your site. It's in every paid Avana plan, and each appointment goes straight into your Avana calendar.

You copy one line from Avana, paste it on your website and choose your color; the widget then works like your booking page.
Copy the snippet from Avana and paste it where you want it. It works on WordPress, Wix, Squarespace and any other site.
Pick one color for the button on your site and the buttons inside the booking screens. On Business Max you can even run booking on your own web address.
The appointment is in your calendar, the client gets their confirmation and the reminder is scheduled. If you take deposits, it's paid in the same step.
Every time a client has to leave your website to book, some of them don't come back. The widget keeps the whole booking on your own site.
Every jump to another site costs you bookings. With booking on your own page, nobody has to go anywhere and they simply finish.
You choose the color of the button and of the booking screens, so it fits in with everything else on your site.
Change a price or your opening hours in Avana and your website shows it straight away. No more calling your web designer for that.
Avana's booking widget does everything your booking page does, on your own site.
People who book on your site end up in the same Avana as every other client, so everything you've already set up works here too.

Yes, Avana's booking widget works on WordPress, Wix, Squarespace and any other website. You copy one line from Avana and paste it on the page where you want booking to appear. If you can fill in a text box on your site, you can do this.
No, adding Avana's widget takes no technical help. It's copy and paste, and you can see straight away whether it worked. If you get stuck, get in touch and we'll take a look with you.
Yes, the widget takes on a color you pick. You choose one color for the button on your site and the buttons in the booking screens. If you change it later, the button updates by itself and you don't need to paste the line again.
The widget is in every paid plan, starting at $20.99 a month, tax included. Booking on your own web address comes with Business Max. The pricing page lists what each plan includes.
The appointment appears in your Avana calendar straight away, and the client gets the confirmation and later the reminder. If you take deposits, the deposit is paid in the same step.
Yes, the same widget works for studios. For a studio, the widget puts your class schedule on your website: members browse the weeks, see how many spots are left and book with their class pass or membership, or buy a single or trial class. If a class is full, they can join the waitlist. Read more about Avana for studios.
Without a website you don't need the widget at all. Your booking page stands on its own and is enough for most salons: share the link in your bio and clients can book.
When a client pays online, a small service fee is part of the price they see from the very first screen: 3% of the booking, at least $1.99 and at most $2.79. You pay nothing on your takings, because Avana charges no commission. That small amount from the client is what lets us pay you out in full, so the whole treatment price stays with you.

Avana's booking widget adds online booking to a salon's own website. You paste in one line of code, and from then on clients choose a service and a time without leaving your site. The widget takes on your own color, appointments go straight into your Avana calendar, and clients automatically get a confirmation and a reminder. The widget is part of every paid plan. For a solo salon, Avana Business costs $20.99 a month, tax included, which is $0.69 a day. Booking on your own web address comes with Avana Business Max, at $70.99 a month.
If you already have a website, you don't want clients to leave it to book an appointment. Every extra step costs bookings. With Avana's booking widget, booking sits right inside your own site: clients pick a service, see your free times and book without going anywhere else, whether your site runs on WordPress, Wix or Squarespace.
The widget pulls everything from your Avana account, so nothing needs updating twice. Change a price or take a day off, and your site shows it straight away. The appointment lands in your calendar, the confirmation and reminder go out on their own, and a deposit is paid in the same step. On Business Max you can run booking on your own web address.
Without a website, your booking page does the same job on a link you share in your bio. Lots of salons use both: the page for social media and the widget for their site. Plans and prices are listed on the pricing page.
A booking widget is your salon's booking built into your own website. Clients choose a service, a day and a time there and finish the booking without going to another site. You need one if you have a website that clients land on, for example from a search, and you want them to be able to book straight away instead of calling or messaging first.
Avana's widget is for the independent salon with its own site: a hairdresser on WordPress, a nail tech on Wix, a beauty therapist whose web designer built them something. It takes your services, prices and free times from Avana, and every booking lands in the same calendar as your booking page.
Copy one line from Avana and paste it onto your site. It takes a few minutes and you don't need a web designer.
In your Avana settings, open the booking widget, choose to show it on your website and copy the line. Then pick the platform your site runs on, and Avana shows you where to paste it; on Wix that's under custom code, on Squarespace under code injection. Save, open your site and you'll see a floating button at the bottom. Once someone has visited your site, Avana shows the widget as active with your site's address. If someone else runs your site, you can email them the code in one tap.
For most salons the floating button works best, because it's on every page of your site and stays visible while clients read. A tap opens booking in a window over your site, so they never lose your page.
If your site can't take code on every page, choose to embed it in a page instead: you paste a snippet into an HTML or embed block, for example on a page called Book an appointment. If you just want a link behind your own button, in a newsletter or at the bottom of an email, use the plain link. You can combine them, with the floating button on your site and your booking page link in your Instagram bio, since that page also shows your photos and reviews.
You decide how booking looks and what clients can choose, and every change appears on your site immediately. You never have to paste the line again.
You pick the color and whether the button sits on the left or right. You choose whether clients pay nothing, a deposit or the full amount while booking, which works once online payments are on. You can also let clients book several services at once, choose a team member, see the whole month, or join the waitlist when a day is full (from Business Plus). Your booking rules, opening hours and days off apply in the widget just as on your booking page, and the widget only ever shows services and free times, never client details.
