A reason to book now
Add a code that's valid for a few weeks. It turns a friendly message into an appointment in your calendar.
Avana's campaigns let you send an email to a group of your own clients, such as everyone who's drifted away, and show how many bookings each message brought in. Campaigns come with Business Max, and Avana builds the group for you.

Pick a group, write one message, add a discount code if you like, and send; Avana tracks the bookings that follow.
Pick a group that Avana builds from your own appointments and see straight away how many clients are in it. You can tick people in or out yourself.
Write what you want to say and add a discount code and a booking button if you like. First you send a test to yourself.
For each campaign you see how many messages went out, how many bookings came in through your button and what they were worth. Only real bookings count.
A message works best when there's something in it for the client and booking straight away is easy.

Your reports show which part of the week is quietest, say Tuesday morning. Message your best clients that there's room then, with a discount code if you like.
The loyalty card screen shows who's one stamp short. Tick them as recipients, and one short message reminds them their reward is a single appointment away.
Winning back a client who already knows you costs far less than finding a new one. Avana shows you who to contact and does the sending.
Finding a new client takes money and time. Someone who's been to you before just needs a nudge.
No list to build or filter. Avana knows who comes often, who's new and who has been away a while.
Pick a group, type your message, send yourself a test, send it out. That's all there is to it.

With Avana's campaigns you send an email to a group of clients Avana puts together for you, such as everyone who's drifted away or your best clients. You can add a discount code and a booking button, and afterwards you see how many bookings and how much in takings it produced. Campaigns come with Business Max.
No. Avana tracks who came when and puts the groups together. Pick a group, see how many clients are in it and write your message; it all comes from your own client list. If you do want your own list, you can paste in email addresses.
Often, because most people didn't stay away on purpose; they just never got round to booking. A message with a button to book straight away and a reason to come now brings part of that group back. Each campaign shows how many bookings it produced, so after a week you know for sure.
Yes. In Avana, create a discount code with an end date or a maximum number of uses so your offer really does end. You choose it while writing your message, and clients enter it when booking online.
Campaigns come with Avana Business Max, which costs $70.99 a month, tax included. Your reports come from Avana Business Plus, showing who's at risk of drifting away. Everything per plan is on the pricing page.
Yes. Your salon name is the sender of every Avana campaign and you write in your own words. If a client replies to your email, the reply goes straight to your salon's email address.
When a client pays online, a small service fee is part of the price they see from the very first screen: 3% of the booking, at least $1.99 and at most $2.79. You pay nothing on your takings, because Avana charges no commission. That small amount from the client is what lets us pay you out in full, so the whole treatment price stays with you.

Avana lets a salon win back clients with campaigns. You send an email to a group Avana builds from your appointments, such as clients who've drifted away, your best clients or your newest ones, and you can add a discount code and a button to book straight away. Afterwards you see per campaign how many bookings came in through your message and what they were worth. Anyone who unsubscribes gets no more campaigns but still gets their appointment reminders. Campaigns come with Avana Business Max: $70.99 a month, which is $2.33 a day.
Finding new clients costs money: an ad, an offer, a discounted first treatment. Winning back people who've already been to you costs almost nothing, because they know how you work. Yet that group usually goes untouched, because there's never time between appointments. That's what salon email marketing in Avana is for: winning back clients you lost track of, with one message.
Avana prepares the groups from your own client list: who's been away a while, who spends the most and who came for the first time this month. You write one message perhaps with a discount code that runs out in a few weeks, and then you see how many bookings and how much in takings it produced.
Campaigns are when you speak up. Alongside them, Avana does a lot on its own: a follow-up invitation reminds a client when their next appointment is due (from Business Plus), a digital loyalty card rewards regulars, and after an online booking a review request goes out automatically. Campaigns are in Business Max; plan details are on the pricing page.
Salon email marketing is a message you send in one go to a group of your own clients, with a reason to book again. Not a newsletter full of news, but a short note to people who know you: we'd love to see you, there's space this week, or you still have a discount waiting. For a hairdresser, nail tech or beauty therapist working alone, it's the cheapest way to fill a quiet week.
The problem is rarely willingness; it's the work around it. You need to know who hasn't been in, collect the addresses and learn a mailing tool. In Avana that's built into your booking system: your clients are already there with their visits, and Avana builds the groups for you. You write the message and send it, then see how many appointments it brought in.
In four steps from the marketing section of your settings. Start a new campaign, then pick a group, ticking people out or adding someone if you like. Write your message, using the first-name button to put each client's name in, and for an email choose a subject line and a photo if you want. Finally, choose a discount code and switch on the book-now button.
Send yourself a test first so you see exactly how it arrives. If everything looks right, send it to the group; the campaign goes out straight away, as scheduling for later isn't possible. One campaign reaches up to 1,000 clients, and you can send up to five campaigns in 24 hours. Under more options you can test two versions against each other or pick a different template and your own colors.
Send them one personal message with an easy way to book and a small reason to do it now. Most clients who drift away aren't unhappy; it just didn't happen. A message with their first name, a button to pick a time straight away and, say, ten percent off that ends in three weeks is often enough.
Avana has a ready-made group for this: clients who've been to you at least twice and haven't been back for 60 days or more. Someone who came once and never returned isn't included. Switch on the book-now button and the results tab shows exactly how many appointments came from it. To stop clients drifting in the first place, the follow-up invitation emails clients when their next appointment is due, from Business Plus, as do the reports that show who's at risk.
Campaigns only go to clients who haven't said no to offers and haven't unsubscribed, and Avana handles that for you, which is why your group is sometimes smaller than you expect. A client who books online starts with offers switched off and can opt in from their booking confirmation. For groups, the choice made at their most recent appointment counts.
Every email ends with a link to unsubscribe from offers. Anyone who unsubscribes never gets another campaign from your salon but still receives their appointment confirmations and reminders. You can switch marketing consent on or off for a client yourself on their client card, and the best approach is simply to ask your regulars in the salon; a yes from someone you know is worth the most.
