Is this on every plan?

Pro and Team plans. Solo can manage a waitlist manually but the auto-fill notification is Pro+.

Can I prioritise regulars on the waitlist?

Yes. Per client you can flag VIPs — they get notified first, with a small head-start before the rest of the waitlist.

How many clients get the notification at once?

Default: everyone whose preference fits. Optional: stagger so the top 3 get first chance, then the rest at 5-minute intervals.

Can clients leave the waitlist?

Yes. The confirmation email has an unsubscribe link — one click and they're off.
