Can clients leave bad reviews?

Yes. We don't filter reviews — that's against Google's policy and bad practice. The system sends every client the same request; clients with bad experiences are unlikely to take the time, but we don't gate them out.

Is this on every plan?

Can I ask only first-visit clients?

Yes. Per service or globally you can limit the request to first-visit clients only.

How long until I see new reviews coming in?
