Members buy their pack online and book with it on their own. A class comes off with every booking, and you never tally a card again.

Avana Studio is class pack software for studios in the US. Members buy packs of 1 to 200 classes online, one credit comes off per booking, and a pack lasts from a week to two years. Studio costs $22.99 a month, Studio Plus $45.99 and Studio Max $80.99, all tax included, with 0% commission, no setup fee and a 7-day free trial.
You create your packs once. From then on Avana sells and counts them for you, day and night.
How many classes it holds, what it costs and how long it lasts. You decide.
On your studio page or in the app, whenever it suits them. After that they book with it on their own.
Each class takes one off. Members see what's left themselves, and you keep no records.
Pilates, yoga, barre, a bootcamp or dance: if your members use a five- or ten-class pack, Avana does the counting.
A member buys the pack in one go, online. The money lands in your account before their first class, and you never chase a payment.

When a member books, a class comes off the pack. Someone with two packs uses the one that expires first.
If a member cancels within your window, the class goes back on their pack and the spot goes to whoever is waiting. If you cancel a class, everyone gets it back.
You choose which classes each pack covers. Sell a separate pack for your busiest classes, and every member books exactly what their pack is for.

A week before a pack with classes left on it expires, the member gets an email from your studio. When the pack is nearly used up, a nudge follows to buy the next one.
Who's coming, what's come in and what's left on every pack: all on your phone, and on your members' phones.
You set the rules once.Avana applies them to every booking and every cancellation.
A pack is tied to your schedule, the waitlist and the trial class.A newcomer starts with a trial, buys a pack and keeps booking, without you doing a thing.
Your regulars are charged every month without you chasing anyone, and they keep coming.

Yes, you create your own class packs in Avana. You choose how many classes are on a pack, from 1 to 200, what it costs and how long it lasts, from a week to two years. Members buy it online on your studio page.
Members see in their own account how many classes are left and until when the pack is valid. After every booking, the number of classes left is also in the confirmation email.
If a member cancels in time, the class goes back on the pack. A late cancellation or a no-show counts as used. You decide how many hours before class counts as in time, and if you cancel a class, everyone gets it back.
Yes. You can give a member a pack by hand with the classes they had left and how long it's still valid, and they carry on booking with that credit. We help you switch for free, including importing members from a spreadsheet.
When a member buys a pack online, a small booking fee is part of the price they see from the start: 3%, at least $1.99 and at most $2.79. You pay Avana no commission and never a booking fee. Classes booked with the pack afterwards cost nothing extra.
Yes, for each pack you choose whether it covers every class or only the ones you select. So you can sell a reformer pack and a separate mat pack, and members see at booking which pack they can use.
Yes, a week before a pack with classes left on it expires, Avana emails the member to book those classes. The email goes out in your studio's name, once per pack, and you can turn it off in your settings.
Yes, you choose per class how many credits it takes. A reformer class might cost two and a mat class one, so one pack covers your whole schedule, and members see the cost when they book.

Avana is studio booking software that sells your class packs online and counts them down with every class. A paper punch card works until it goes missing, ends up in the wash or nobody remembers how many stamps were on it. A digital pack does the same job and keeps its own count. Members buy it upfront, and every class they book takes one off.
A pack suits members who come irregularly: twice one week, then not for a while. A membership suits regulars who come on the same day every week. Most studios offer both and let newcomers start with a small pack or a trial class. In Avana they sit side by side, and the member chooses.
That's up to you. A ten-class pack often lasts three or four months, a five-class pack a little less. An expiry date nudges members to actually come, and keeps your records tidy. Put the validity on the pack and in your terms, so everyone knows where they stand.
Avana sells your packs online, counts them down with every class and puts a class back when someone cancels in time. Members don't need an app. To see the schedule your members book from, read about the online class schedule. For newcomers there's the trial class and intro offer. You'll find what Avana costs on this page.
Your packs sell and count themselves, even while you teach or sleep. Seven days on us; after that, stay only if it works for you.
