How much does Avana Studio cost for a studio?
Avana Studio starts at $22.99 a month, tax included. That's the Studio plan, for owners who teach their own classes. Studio Plus is $45.99 and Studio Max $80.99 a month. You try Avana free for 7 days and only pay if you stay.
Do my members keep the classes left on their Arketa pack?
Yes. When you import your Arketa export, every member gets a pack in Avana with the classes they had left and the expiry date from your file. You can adjust anyone's credit by hand afterwards, and they carry on booking straight away.
What happens to members on a monthly membership in Arketa?
They come across as members, but the monthly payment itself doesn't move. Each member starts the membership again in Avana with their own card, which takes about a minute, and from then on it's charged every month. Stop the payment in Arketa on the same day so nobody pays twice.
What's a cheaper alternative to Arketa for a small studio?

Can members still pay with Apple Pay after switching from Arketa?
Yes, members pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe, and the money goes straight to your own account. You can also mark a payment at the front desk as paid, in cash or by card.
What will I lose if I move from Arketa?
Avana has no on-demand video library and no app in your studio's own branding, so check whether you rely on either. Past bookings and payment history stay in your Arketa export, which is worth keeping for your records.
