Someone new finds your studio and books their first class straight away. The next day, your packs and memberships land in their inbox.

Avana Studio is studio booking software with trial classes and intro offers in the US. Newcomers buy a trial class once per email address and pick a class in the same step, and get the studio's packs by email afterwards. Studio costs $22.99 a month, Studio Plus $45.99 and Studio Max $80.99, all tax included, with 0% commission, no setup fee and a 7-day free trial.

Free, or a small price of your choosing. It covers a single class.
They pay for the trial and book the class in one go, on their phone.
A day later they get an email with your packs. Buying one takes a minute.
Opening next month or teaching for ten years, a first class on easy terms is still how most new people come in.
For someone who has never set foot in your studio, a ten-class pack feels like a big commitment. A trial class lets them try one session with you first, and most people who enjoy it come back for more.

Avana remembers who has already used a trial class. The offer stays reserved for new faces, and you never keep a list of names.
Lots of people search for a Pilates or yoga intro offer near them, on Google or by asking ChatGPT. Your studio page shows your schedule with the offer right there, so they can book on the spot.
The day after their first class, your new member hears from your studio with your packs, your memberships and a button to keep booking. That's how a single visit becomes a regular habit, and you didn't send a thing.
Offer it free and the newcomer books without paying anything. Charge for it without taking payments online, and they simply pay you at the studio when they arrive.

Who's coming, what's come in and what's left on every pack: all on your phone, and on your members' phones.
Both help people over the threshold. What sets them apart is how many classes they include.
After the trial, new members keep booking with a pack or membership on the same schedule. The road from first visit to regular runs by itself.
Members buy their pack online, and one class comes off with every booking.

You create the trial class alongside your packs and choose what it costs. A newcomer picks a class on your studio page and pays with the trial class in the same step. Avana makes sure each person can only buy it once.
Avana remembers, per studio, which email addresses have already had a trial class. Anyone who bought one won't see it again the next time they book. The offer stays for new people, and you don't have to check names against a list.
A trial class in Avana is one class at a price you choose, or free. An intro offer is a small pack for new members, such as three classes to get to know your studio, with its own price. Both can be used once per member, and the intro offer is part of Studio Plus and Studio Max.
Yes. After the trial, a new member buys a class pack or membership on your studio page by themselves. From then on they book their next classes with the credit on that pack, or with their membership.
Yes. The day after the trial class, Avana emails your new member in your studio's name, with your packs and memberships and a button to book again. If they already bought something or didn't turn up, the email isn't sent, and you can switch it off in Settings.
No, discount codes don't apply to the trial class or the intro offer, because those already have their own price. A code does work on a single class, a class pack or the first month of a membership. Discount codes are part of Studio Plus.
You set the price yourself: a small amount, or nothing at all. A free trial books without any payment, even if your studio doesn't take payments online, and a paid one can be paid at the studio if you prefer. When a newcomer pays online, a small booking fee is part of the price they see from the start: 3%, at least $1.99 and at most $2.79.

Avana is studio booking software that puts your intro offer or first class online, bookable once by each new member. Nearly every newcomer arrives with doubts. Will it be too hard, will the instructor suit me, will I feel at home there? An intro offer takes that hesitation away, because they can try your studio without signing up for a full pack.
Both can work. A free first class gets the most people through the door. A small charge means the people who book are more likely to show up, and it covers your costs. Pick whatever suits your studio, and make the gap with your drop-in price visible, so that a pack feels like the obvious next step.
After that first class, a newcomer decides whether it clicks. Take a moment with new faces: ask how it went and suggest the pack or membership that fits them. An intro offer, such as three classes over a couple of weeks, helps turn a single visit into a routine.
Avana puts your trial class and intro offer online, once per member, with the class booked the same step. The next day your new member gets an email with your packs. After that they buy a class pack or membership themselves and keep booking from your online class schedule. What Avana costs is in the pricing above.
Your first-class offer is ready for newcomers around the clock. Set it up during your free week and see who books.
