Can a new member buy a class pack or membership straight after the trial?
Yes. After the trial, a new member buys a class pack or membership on your studio page by themselves. From then on they book their next classes with the credit on that pack, or with their membership.
Does a new member hear from my studio after their first class?
Yes. The day after the trial class, Avana emails your new member in your studio's name, with your packs and memberships and a button to book again. If they already bought something or didn't turn up, the email isn't sent, and you can switch it off in Settings.
Can I use a discount code on a trial class?
No, discount codes don't apply to the trial class or the intro offer, because those already have their own price. A code does work on a single class, a class pack or the first month of a membership. Discount codes are part of Studio Plus.
What does a trial class cost my new members?
You set the price yourself: a small amount, or nothing at all. A free trial books without any payment, even if your studio doesn't take payments online, and a paid one can be paid at the studio if you prefer.
