Questions about moving from TeamUp to Avana
How much does Avana Studio cost for a studio?
Avana Studio starts at £17.99 a month, VAT included. That's the Studio plan, for owners who teach their own classes. Studio Plus is £35.99 and Studio Max £65.99 a month. You try Avana free for 7 days and only pay if you stay.
Do my members keep the classes left on their TeamUp pack?
Yes. When you import your TeamUp export, every member gets a pack in Avana with the classes they had left and the expiry date from your file. You can adjust anyone's credit by hand afterwards, and they carry on booking straight away.
What happens to members on a monthly membership in TeamUp?
They come across as members, but the monthly payment itself doesn't move. Each member starts the membership again in Avana with their own card, which takes about a minute, and from then on it's charged every month. Stop the payment in TeamUp on the same day so nobody pays twice.
What's a cheaper alternative to TeamUp for a small studio?

Will my members notice much difference?
They book on their phone, see their remaining classes and get a confirmation and reminder for every session. On switching day they get one link from you, sign in with a code by email, and their credit is already there.
What doesn't Avana do that TeamUp users sometimes need?
Avana has no video on demand, no payroll and no link to door access systems or turnstiles. If those are central to your gym, check first. Everything else is easy to test during the 7 free days.
