How much does Avana Studio cost for a studio?
Avana Studio starts at £17.99 a month, VAT included. That's the Studio plan, for owners who teach their own classes. Studio Plus is £35.99 and Studio Max £65.99 a month. You try Avana free for 7 days and only pay if you stay.
Do my members keep the classes left on their Glofox pack?
Yes. When you import your Glofox export, every member gets a pack in Avana with the classes they had left and the expiry date from your file. You can adjust anyone's credit by hand afterwards, and they carry on booking straight away.
What happens to members on a monthly membership in Glofox?
They come across as members, but the monthly payment itself doesn't move. Each member starts the membership again in Avana with their own card, which takes about a minute, and from then on it's charged every month. Stop the payment in Glofox on the same day so nobody pays twice.

Check your agreement for the end date and notice period first. You can set up Avana during the 7 free days at any time, then import your members shortly before your Glofox agreement ends so the changeover is clean.
How do I export members and credit from Glofox?
See whether Glofox can give you a member list with remaining credit as a spreadsheet; their support team can tell you how. Upload the file in Avana and check the preview, and if anything looks off we'll sort out the file with you.
Does Avana have a branded app like some studio platforms offer?
Members use the Avana app or their phone's browser, both included on every plan. It isn't an app in your studio's own name and colours, so if a fully branded app matters a lot to you, keep that in mind.
