Can clients still text me?
Of course. When someone asks about a time, reply with your booking link. Questions about a color, a photo of a set or aftercare still come to you directly.
Where do I share the booking link?
In your Instagram bio, your auto-reply, your Google Business Profile and a QR code at your station. Clients tap it and see your services, prices and open times without installing anything.
Can Avana text my clients a reminder?
Not yet in the US; text messaging there needs a carrier registration that is still in progress. Confirmations and reminders go out by email, and clients can reschedule from that email themselves.
